Under no circumstances would we intentionally distribute a defective or less than quality product. In extreme individual cases, we would work to accomdate the consumer on future orders. No guarantees are offered and disputes will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Unless otherwise noted, all product is expected to ship out within two business days of payment. Extra precaution is taken to ensure product is recieved in a timely manner and in pristine condition. Preference of shipping company is not available.
